Bar waiter — Terry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Terry County, Texas. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
