Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Newton County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
