Tiling assistant — Elmore County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work on a residential construction site. You will screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge. You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
