Core maker wanted in Danja

Great opportunity: we are hiring a core maker in Danja, Katsina State. You will be based on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
