Kitchen porter wanted in Smith County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Smith County, Tennessee. Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
