Visual inspection operator • Bertie County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Bertie County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
