Overlocker operator — Pierce County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Pierce County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
