Join our team: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Otsego County, New York. The job is on a factory shop floor. Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
