Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Glascock County, Georgia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating 3+ years on the tools preferred.
