Immediate opening: cabinet maker (Iowa)

Join our team: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Audubon County, Iowa. The role involves lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
