Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Barde, Yobe State. The job is in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
