Chef de partie — Cole County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cole County, Missouri. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
