Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in West Berkshire, England. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
