EHS coordinator — Black Hawk County

Now hiring: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate The role involves record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action.
