Scullery hand • Page County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Page County, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Performance bonus on top of base pay.
