Steward — Karasuwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Karasuwa, Yobe State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
