AC mechanic — Newton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Newton County, Missouri. The job is on residential and commercial sites. Ideal candidate: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Your main tasks: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator Overtime paid at a premium rate.
