Port container crane operator — Anglesey

Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Anglesey, Wales. The role involves: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
