Rigging foreman wanted in Gooding County

Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Gooding County, Idaho. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day-to-day duties: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area 3+ years on the tools preferred.
