Conventional mill operator — Kings County

Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Kings County, New York. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery.
