Tiling assistant — Oswego County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Oswego County, New York. The job is at a busy tiling site. On a typical shift you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Full-time with occasional weekends.
