We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ware County, Georgia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
