Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
