Site dozer operator • Blanco County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Blanco County, Texas. You will work at an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
