EHS coordinator — Copiah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Copiah County, Mississippi. The role involves check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
