Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Costilla County, Colorado. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
