Electrostatic spray painter — Ungogo

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ungogo, Kano State. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Overtime paid at a premium rate.
