Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Cheyenne County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
