Machine setter-operator — Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Putnam County, Indiana. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
