Single needle operator — Ottawa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Ottawa County, Michigan. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Your main tasks: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges Pay around $32 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
