Café server • Valencia County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time with occasional weekends.
