Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Saline County

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Saline County, Missouri. You will work at a food processing plant. The role involves: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Full-time with occasional weekends.
