Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in Montgomery County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing You will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
