Oven operator — Kirfi

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Kirfi, Bauchi State. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
