Brick and block layer • Luce County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Luce County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
