Fabricator-welder — Bekwarra

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Bekwarra, Cross River State. The job is at an automobile body shop. On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
