Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Brewster County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
