Backhoe operator — Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Hancock County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 1+ years on the tools preferred.
