Trainee butcher wanted in Udu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Udu, Delta State. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Part-time with flexible hours.
