Immediate opening: blocklayer (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Kumbotso, Kano State. You will work at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
