Restoration bricklayer wanted in Calhoun County

Join our team: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. Day-to-day duties: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
