Fry cook — Nevada County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Nevada County, Arkansas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
