Grill cook — Amelia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Amelia County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
