Car painter — Platte County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a car painter in Platte County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
