Immediate opening: we are hiring a laundry presser in Grant County, Kansas. The job is in a busy laundry. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
