Baker — Blair County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Blair County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Six days a week, one day off. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
