Site carpenter wanted in Washington Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Washington Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Rotating shifts. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
