Sample machinist — Agatu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Agatu, Benue State. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦165,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
