Groundworker • Sumaila, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundworker in Sumaila, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Rotating shifts.
