We are recruiting: turning centre operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Barry County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Load and index turning tools in the turret Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
